Scope and payment
The accepted proposal defines deliverables, responsibilities, schedule and fees. Extra work or material changes require written agreement. Payment terms appear in the proposal.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate information, lawful materials, timely approvals and the access required to perform the agreed work.
Intellectual property
Clients retain supplied materials. Ownership of final bespoke deliverables transfers as set out in the project agreement after full payment. Rangy retains pre-existing tools, methods and reusable components.
Platforms and performance
Rangy provides services with reasonable care and skill but does not guarantee search rankings, audience growth, sales or uninterrupted third-party platforms.
